De zilveren ICY BOX IB-120CL-U3 is een JBOD docking- en cloningstation voor 2,5" en 3,5" SATA harde schijven. De 2,5" harde schijven kunnen ook 12,5 of 15 mm hoog zijn. Dankzij de voeding kan het dock ook harde schijven voeden die een spanning van 12 V nodig hebben. De aluminium behuizing van de ICY BOX IB-120CL-U3 zorgt voor een stevige standaard en een fraai uiterlijk. USB 3.0 maakt de overdracht van zelfs grote hoeveelheden gegevens, zoals films, snel. Aangesloten op een computer worden twee harde schijven in JBOD-modus herkend als twee onafhankelijke schijven. Zonder pc kunnen harde schijven met één druk op de knop worden gekloond. De ICY BOX IB-120CL-U3 kan zelfs een opstartbare systeem harde schijf klonen.
