De Intel SSD DC P4600 4TB PCIe is een PCIe ssd voor gebruik in servers en geavanceerde werkstations. Je monteert deze schijf op een insteekslot van je server. Daardoor werkt hij tot 5 keer sneller dan 2,5 inch schijven die je met behulp van S-ATA aansluit. Intel heeft het cachegeheugen in deze schijf geoptimaliseerd voor cloudopslag. Zo worden veelgebruikte bestanden en applicaties sneller gestart. Met een levensduur van 23 PBW (petabytes written) weet je zeker dat je gegevens goed beschermd zijn.
