Remember Me is een 3rd person action adventure waar spelers de rol opnemen van Nilin, een voormalig elite Memory Hunter met de vaardigheden om bij de geest van een persoon in te breken en hun herinneringen te stelen of aan te passen.

De autoriteiten zijn bang voor Nilin en besluiten haar op te pakken en haar geheugen te wissen. Na haar ontsnapping uit de gevangenis gaat Nilin op onderzoek uit om haar verloren identiteit terug te krijgen.
