Het verhaal begint in de mysterieuze hallen van een oude bibliotheek. De Grand Library heeft de geschiedenis van de wereld op haar boekenplanken. De legende is dat wanneer je met de boeken die daar liggen gaat schuiven, je de geschiedenis kan herschrijven.

Een avonturier bekent als IF, besluit deze legende te testen. Het moment dat ze de bibliotheek in loopt gebeurt er een ramp. Allerlei boeken beginnen te verdwijnen, de geschiedenis van de wereld verdwijnt voor haar ogen, en de reden dat het gebeurt blijft een mysterie. IF gaat op reis om de waarheid te achterhalen. Zal ze samen kunnen werken met de Sega Hard Girls en de Godinnen om de verloren geschiedenis te herstellen?
