Capcoms veelgeprezen jager-of-prooispel Monster Hunter Freedom is terug in een versie voor het PSP-systeem. Het is een uniek actie-avontuur waarin je het opneemt tegen bloeddorstige wezens in adembenemende prehistorische omgevingen vol fantasie.

In het solospeltype onderneem je verschillende missies, maar Monster Hunter Freedom 2 komt pas echt tot leven als je met vrienden speelt. Met coop-gevechten voor maximaal vier vrienden via de Ad Hoc-modus bouw je teamspirit op en ontwikkel je gevoel voor strategie, terwijl je in de Infrastructuurmodus online kunt spelen.

Pas je personages helemaal aan en verbeter hun vaardigheden met wapens en pantsers in de loop van honderden missies. Via de Infrastructuurmodus zijn er nu nog meer spullen en missies beschikbaar om te downloaden.

As mighty hunters, players can face a variety of quests alone, but the true spirit of the game comes alive with the aid of others. Multiplayer cooperative battles for up to four friends via wireless ad hoc mode foster team building and strategy for the ultimate battle of man vs. beast. Players can fully customize their characters, building up their abilities with armor and weaponry as they make their way through hundreds of quests. With the addition of infrastructure functionality, players will now be able to download even more content and quests.
