Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) is a method for training, coaching, and communication improvement. NLP was developed in the seventies of the twentieth century at the University of California (Santa Cruz). Prof. Willem Levelt believes that NLP has no connection worth mentioning with the scientific neurolinguistics. The foundation of NLP is that it teaches skills of so-called experts (modeled) as techniques.
