Welcome to the course Management basics & leadership assigments. Assignments for the first block of the eMBA.

It is very important to realize how our eMBA is constructed. In the introductory module we have seen how the study is divided into eight modules:

1: An introduction to management

2: Strategy

3: Innovation

4: Organization structure

5: HRM

6: Sales and marketing

7: Finance

8: Orientation around the field you want to work

The study is concluded by writing a thesis. The best way to study is as follows:

1. First study the original e-learning module and do not pay attention to this specific assignments module.

2. only after you have really carefully studied the original course you can start with this assignments   module.

3. This module offers you all kinds of tasks. With each task an indication is given on how large you answer to the question (task) will approximately be (number of A4 pages you have to write).

4. Provide all elaborated tasks to your supervisor.

5. Never copy material of others!

Keep in mind that you are dealing with a program for an executive MBA. This means that you have to show with each task your eager to become an excellent executive.
